Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented System Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure system architectures, integrating diverse modules, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier solutions for both enterprise and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design system architecture and infrastructure models
• Create UML diagrams, ER diagrams, system flowcharts, and technical documentation
• Design systems that support scalability, performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and project managers for seamless integration
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and modernization
• Ensure compatibility across platforms, including web, desktop, and mobile applications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and architectural trends
• Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and design discussions
• Work with security teams to enforce system-level cybersecurity policies and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in system design, architecture, or solution engineering
• Strong experience in designing modular systems, microservices, and API-first architectures
• Proficiency in using design tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio, etc.
• Hands-on knowledge of UML, DFDs, ER models, and architecture blueprints
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps principles
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Strong grasp of networking, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience in GovTech or public sector project systems
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Prior work in multi-tenant systems or SaaS-based applications
• Certifications like TOGAF, AWS Certified Architect, etc.
